Registration Instructions
for Youth Group LEADERS

UPDATE: Online registration is not available to us this year. The software we were using is currently unavailable while they upgrade their systems - cross your fingers that we can use it for next year! In the meantime we are back to snail mail and fax. Please let me know if you have any questions about registration or housing. -Becky

2. Personalize the STUDENT FORM for your church or hand write the information on the GROUP FORM:

3. Have each student complete a STUDENT FORM. Make a copy of each form for your own records and have a copy available when you check-in your group. This form is required for each student attending!



4. Mail your payment (must be postmarked by February 10th) to

   Only attendees that are registered online will qualify for the early-bird price of $95 per student and $45 per leader. Late registration will be charged the regular price of $105 per student. A 25% deposit is charged to any registrations cancelled after February 10^th.



5. For corrections or additions after the February 10^th deadline, or for groups that do not have internet access, please contact Becky Kopplin at or 509.995.3778.



6. Check-in is Friday, Februay 16 at the Sunrise Middle School in Pendleton (700 S.W. RUNNION) from 6pm to 10pm. Please send only one leader to check in your group. You will be asked to provide a STUDENT FORM for each student attending and any balance due. Any students or leaders that are added at check in may not receive a T-shirt in their requested size and may be assigned housing in a different hotel.

When you arrive at Forklift, please follow these instructions...

• Drive to the Sunrise Middle School in Pendleton. Registration will take place at the middle school.
  
  
• Come in or send your registration adult into the school to register. Leave your students in your vehicles (or nearby) under supervision. You may want to hit the last rest stop before Pendleton so you don't have half a dozen students who "HAVE to use a bathroom!!"
  
  
• Bring your late-registration information with you. (that is any registration information you did not send in advance). Make sure you have gender totals for both student and staff.
  
  
• At the Registration Table last minute changes will be taken care of, copies of your medical release forms will be made for our file, and payments for late registrations will be received.
  
  
• Each participant will receive their ForkLift ID - TO BE WORN THROUGHOUT FORKLIFT. Event schedules and local city maps will also be available.
  
  
• Go directly to the T-Shirt Table where you will receive a t-shirt for each pre-registered student. Late registrants may receive a shirt while supplies last.
  
  
• Obviously, the registration and housing process will go much more quickly and smoothly for groups that are pre-registered. Even a phone call (509) 995-3778 to confirm last minute changes Friday BEFORE you leave for Forklift will be extremely helpful, especially in the housing process
  
  
• Please bring extra sleeping bags! Some of your students will have to sleep on the floor.
